Our requirements

  • 3–5 years of commercial software development experience (Mid level).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python.
  • Practical experience with Angular (alongside Kendo UI, Bootstrap, and Tailwind) and the ability to work effectively across the fullstack.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
  • Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Pandas, Polars, DuckDB, or similar data-processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with S3 and Athena.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to quickly and critically evaluate AI-generated code.
  • Comfortable working with Spec-Driven Development / AI-SDLC.
  • Strong enough experience with Python and Angular to work independently without needing to learn the core technologies during the project's aggressive timeline.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).

Your responsibilities

  • Developing new features and functionalities across the application for the "n2p" project branch.
  • Building backend solutions and APIs using Python and Flask.
  • Working with SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
  • Building serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
  • Working with S3 and Athena for data persistence and processing.
  • Developing ETL and data-processing workflows using Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
  • Contributing to frontend development using Angular, including building a new frontend layer on top of a legacy backend.
  • Contributing to new backend components and an early-stage AI Insights layer using Pydantic.
  • Working in an AI-SDLC / Spec-Driven Development model, creating specifications based on PRDs and developing solutions based on reviewed specs.
  • Using AI-assisted coding as a standard part of the development process and critically reviewing AI-generated code.
  • Collaborating closely with frontend and backend developers, QA and Product Owners in a 2+2 cross-functional team.
