Nasze wymagania

  • communicates confidently with clients and can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • speaks Polish and English at least at a communicative level (daily contact with clients)
  • has an analytical mind, asks the right questions, proposes solutions and takes ownership
  • has 3+ years of commercial experience with Java
  • has hands-on experience with technologies such as Spring, REST, JSON, SQL, Kafka or RabbitMQ, Docker and Linux/Unix systems
  • works independently and takes responsibility for delivery

Mile widziane

  • experience in integration and/or OM solutions
  • previous consulting or other client-facing experience
  • experience with middleware platforms

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • working directly with clients: leading requirement-gathering sessions, advising on solutions and presenting outcomes
  • translating business requirements into technical designs
  • creating and implementing integration and OM (Order Management) flows
  • creating technical documentation
  • preparing and performing test scenarios; analysing and resolving defects
  • supporting less experienced team members (code reviews, knowledge sharing)
