Mid-Level Business Analyst – Technology and Financial Services

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience in process flow definition, mapping current and future states.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT environments: application hosting, data management, APIs, microservices.
• Robust data analysis skills to segment customers and understand user telemetry.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, including user stories and BDD scenarios.
• Ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Critical thinking skills to identify risks and challenge assumptions effectively.
• Fluent English.
• Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.

Optional

• Experience working in Agile or product-centric organizations.
• Exposure to large-scale IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, or complex program management.
• Familiarity with application hosting, database environments, and container architectures.
• Certification in IT Services, Agile, or Project Management.
• Knowledge of tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
• Fluency in English at a fluent command level.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and curate data requirements for the development of new banking platforms.
• Engage with stakeholders from CTO’s teams, clients, and business units to document and validate needs.
• Analyze customer interactions and product usage to prioritize features and improvements.
• Participate in the design of technical processes, identifying gaps and ensuring thorough documentation.
• Support migration planning, execution, and validation to ensure seamless transitions.
• Work closely with delivery teams to monitor progress, clarify requirements, and share learnings across groups.
• Document test cases and support User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Contribute to operational impact assessments and data analysis.
