Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst – Digital Banking Solutions

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Solid skills in system analysis, problem-solving, and understanding of distributed systems architecture.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST API, microservices, web services, and SOA.
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and experience with CASE tools and system modeling.
• Familiarity with tools like Swagger, Postman, or SoapUI.
• SQL knowledge and experience working within agile teams (Scrum).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in independently planning and executing tests.
• Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Minimum secondary education or higher in IT or a related discipline.
• Polish (communicative proficiency)
• English (good command, B2 or higher)

Optional

• Experience in designing mobile applications using REST services.
• Knowledge of modern design patterns and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with PlantUML, Swagger/YAML for solution documentation.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and document functional business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clear and actionable insights.
• Design and prepare detailed technical specifications for system changes, emphasizing security and performance standards.
• Model system solutions using UML and BPMN to support scalable digital banking processes.
• Support integration design using REST APIs, microservices, and web services to enable seamless system connectivity.
• Collaborate with development teams within agile frameworks such as Scrum to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in testing activities, including planning and execution of test scenarios to ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain clear, structured documentation for projects and systems to facilitate ongoing support and innovation.
