Our requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Solid technological background with experience managing incidents, problem records, and change requests.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, or Linux.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit and risk awareness.
- Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand root causes of issues.
- Good command of English, communicative level.
Optional
- Previous experience or relationships within HSBC, especially within GCB or GPBW teams.
Your responsibilities
- Provide production support for PB Client Onboarding and PB Client Reporting systems, ensuring operational stability.
- Analyze incidents and collaborate with development teams to develop effective solutions.
- Manage Incidents and Problem Records within ServiceNow, applying a problem coordinator approach.
- Support ongoing technical and process enhancements in partnership with Support, DevOps, and SRE teams.
- Respond promptly to system alerts and take proactive actions to prevent disruptions.
- Support system maintenance and releases during non-office hours, including weekends.
