Our requirements
- At least 3 years of documented experience configuring SAP IS-U (FICA) in the billing area
- Strong knowledge of tariff configuration, billing, and invoicing processes
- Familiarity with energy and gas tariffs, especially within the deregulated Polish market
- Experience with SAP SD module, IDEX component, and CRM integration (a plus)
- Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reading code, tracking program flow, and performing simple modifications
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and excellent interpersonal communication
- Flexibility in operation; familiarity with SCRUM methodology is appreciated
- Communicative level of Polish and English (both written and spoken)
Your responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements related to IS-U billing for various projects and operational support
- Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation
- Configure and implement new SAP IS-U billing solutions in alignment with business needs
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, programmers, and key users to deliver seamless solutions
- Work with external domestic and foreign IS-U solution providers to integrate and optimize systems
- Monitor and optimize billing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Utilize your knowledge of tariff configuration, billing, and invoicing to enhance system performance
