W przypadku przekazania Twoich danych osobowych do państw spoza EOG, zadbamy o zapewnienie wysokiego poziomu ochrony danych osobowych, w tym poprzez zastosowanie standardowych klauzul umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję Europejską. Czy będziesz podlegać zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji? W ramach procesu rekrutacji Twoja aplikacja zostanie poddana zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji. Podczas wstępnej weryfikacji nasza apliakcja Evaluator oceni podane przez Ciebie informacje dotyczące wykształcenia i doświadczenia zawodowego, aby ustalić, czy spełniają one wymagania zawarte w naszym ogłoszeniu o pracę. Wyniki uzyskane przez aplikację Evaluator mogą mieć wpływ na naszą decyzję dotyczącą Twojego zatrudnienia. Masz prawo sprzeciwić się zautomatyzowanemu procesowi podejmowania decyzji. Masz także prawo zażądać interwencji człowieka, wyrazić własne stanowisko i zakwestionować decyzji podjętej przez Evaluator. Jakie uprawnienia Ci przysługują? 1. Prawo do uzyskania informacji, dostępu do danych oraz otrzymania kopii danych. Masz prawo w każdym czasie zażądać podania informacji o Twoich danych osobowych, które przechowujemy lub do których mamy dostęp. Na Twoje żądanie zostanie Ci nieodpłatnie przedstawiona kopia Twoich danych osobowych podlegających przetwarzaniu. Za przesłanie kolejnych kopii danych mamy prawo do zażądania opłaty na pokrycie uzasadnionych kosztów obsługi takiego żądania. 2. Prawo do wycofania zgody. Za każdym razem, gdy Twoje dane są przetwarzane w oparciu o udzieloną zgodę, masz prawo w każdym czasie tę zgodę wycofać, przy czym wycofanie zgody nie będzie miało wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania danych, które miało miejsce przed wycofaniem przez Ciebie zgody. 3.
