Our requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in modern workplace, endpoint management or Microsoft 365 engineering. For the right candidate, we are open to adjusting this requirement.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Management
- Knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint management tools such as SCCM
- Familiarity with endpoint security, Conditional Access and modern security concepts (e.g. Zero Trust)
- Scripting or automation skills, ideally PowerShell
- Interest in automation, AI-assisted operations or modern tooling
- Ability to move from operations to an engineering mindset
- Comfortable working in a global, English-speaking environment
- Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented
Your responsibilities
- Own and evolve our global Windows and endpoint environment (around 5,000+ devices)
- Drive modern workplace capabilities, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management and Windows Autopilot
- Design and implement improvements that move the workplace platform towards a cloud-first and automated model
- Act as a technical expert for workplace engineering topics and support key architecture decisions
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven improvements in workplace operations and endpoint management
- Work closely with a distributed team across Europe and the United States
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to projects, architecture decisions and continuous improvement
