We are looking for a talented Software Developer with commercial experience in Java and Python, who is eager to expand their skill set by learning or utilizing C++. Your responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Java and Python, with a willingness to learn or utilize C++
- Refactoring existing systems and developing new ones to enhance performance, user experience, and software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers
- Conducting unit, integration, and system testing, while developing automated testing code to maintain and improve software quality standards
- Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for software improvements and process automation
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in Java and Python development, with a willingness to learn and work with C++
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Java (from OS to GUI), Spring, SQL, and DB design
- Experience with Python 3.x and familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest and twisted is a plus
- Solid understanding of automation testing frameworks, simulation, and experience working with testers to review Python and test automation
- Familiarity with embedded, real-time, or performance-focused coding, along with experience in server applications on Linux distributions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in teams and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Fluency in English is essential for international project collaboration
- Residing in Poland required
