- Min. 10 years of commercial experience in .NET development, including experience in a Technical Lead role.
- Strong expertise in backend development using the .NET ecosystem.
- Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and the ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience delivering complex business applications beyond basic CRUD-based systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide development teams.
- Good understanding of computer networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Polish language.

Your responsibilities
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to the architecture of new .NET-based product.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend solutions using modern .NET technologies.
- Design and implement secure, high-performance APIs and integration services.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team through mentoring, code reviews, and architectural support.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver business
- critical features and improvements.
- Take an active role in building engineering standards, improving development processes, and promoting software quality.
- Support hiring activities by participating in technical interviews and evaluating engineering candidates.
- Leverage modern development practices and tools, including AI-assisted coding to improve team productivity and software delivery.
- Build reliable, maintainable software solutions tailored to complex enterprise environments.
