Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, switching, and wireless networks
- Previous work with network access control (Cisco ISE)
- Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting (L2/L3), and handling incidents
- Knowledge of IPAM, VLAN segmentation, QoS, high availability, and redundancy concepts
- Communicative level of English
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
- Willingness to work on-site at the client’s location in Biskupice Podgórne five days a week
Your responsibilities
- Design, configure, install, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues on-site, including wireless (WLC/AP), L2 incidents, and initial L3 diagnostics
- Manage network access control solutions and enforce access policies
- Monitor network performance, traffic, and security alerts using NMS tools and address performance issues
- Maintain network documentation, including IPAM, VLANs, segmentation, topology diagrams, and asset inventory
- Ensure network availability, incident handling, backup configurations, and support BCP/DR activities
