Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
  • Strong experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Arista, or Fortinet solutions.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network security.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex network infrastructures.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, Fortinet, Arista, etc.) are a plus.

Optional

  • Experience with BlueCat DNS/DHCP/IPAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of network automation tools (Python, Ansible, REST APIs).
  • Experience with Cisco ISE, Nexus platforms, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, or ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of cloud networking and cybersecurity best practices.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support global LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-connected network infrastructures.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
  • Administer DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) services, including BlueCat solutions.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, business teams, and external vendors.
  • Participate in network modernization and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support process automation initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.
