- Strong commercial experience with Node.js and backend development
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems
- Good understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and programmatic advertising
- Hands-on experience with Real-Time Bidding (RTB) concepts
- Knowledge of OpenRTB protocol and IAB standards
- Experience working with high-volume data processing and low-latency systems
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
Optional
- Experience with advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, or similar AdTech products
- Knowledge of IAB Tech Lab standards and digital advertising formats
- Experience with streaming technologies and real-time data pipelines
