Our requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting or automating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub (including troubleshooting and operations).
  • Proven scripting and automation proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and/or Groovy.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to implement end-to-end engineering improvements (from requirements to deployment).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written) for collaboration in a global environment.

  • Experience in infrastructure, security engineering, or vulnerability remediation operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Validate and triage vulnerability findings from scanning tools and threat advisories (CVEs), assessing applicability and potential impact.
  • Lead end-to-end remediation—from “finding” to “fixed”—including planning, change execution, and post-implementation verification.
  • Drive remediation activities across operating systems, middleware, applications, containers, and cloud platforms.
  • Prioritise remediation based on risk context (exploitability, asset criticality, exposure).
  • Coordinate change execution with diverse global teams, ensuring safety and minimal service disruption.
  • Troubleshoot remediation issues (failed patches, version conflicts, dependency issues) and deliver root-cause resolution.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, remediation playbooks, and SOPs to standardise and accelerate processes.
  • Track and report on remediation KPIs—backlog metrics, SLA adherence, and compliance status.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives through process optimisation and automation.
  • Partner with security, architecture, and tooling teams to refine scanning accuracy, reduce false positives, and optimise remediation workflows.
