Operations Engineer

Our requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering role.
• Proficient English (both written and verbal).
• Experience in incident and change management.
• Knowledge of JIRA.
• Proficiency in T-SQL/SQL.
• Experience with Linux and Bash.

Optional

• Experience with Smart Forms Designer or Kofax.
• Knowledge of Venafi (Certificate Management).
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
• French language skills (advantageous).
• DevOps knowledge.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services.
• Maintain compliance with Service Management Standards and ensure high data quality in systems of record.
• Support the identification and resolution of IT service incidents as directed by DevOps leadership.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders regarding issues, impacts, expectations, and upcoming changes.
• Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met.
• Deliver engineering changes to infrastructure with a focus on user experience.
• Develop and deploy infrastructure changes to meet load, performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes to minimize variation and ensure high-quality code and data.
• Drive automation, continuous integration, and high availability through system monitoring and maintenance.
• Establish a digital environment and automate processes to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Support local initiatives (e.g., service improvements) and mandatory testing.
