OT Network Support Specialist

Our requirements

• 8+ years of experience in network technology support within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Cisco Router/Switch, Cisco ACI, Juniper Routers, Checkpoint Firewall, DNS, F5.
• In-depth understanding of network topologies and protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Splunk, Sevone, NetScout, and Wireshark.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn new technologies and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.

Optional

• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
• Experience with network automation or Python scripting.
• Exposure to cloud networking environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).

Your responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for global IT and OT network infrastructure, including Cisco Routers/Switches, Cisco ACI, Juniper Routers, Checkpoint Firewalls, F5, and DNS services.
• Perform network troubleshooting to resolve incidents, restore services, and maintain desired performance levels.
• Collaborate with Incident Management teams and OT stakeholders (e.g., Real Estate, Cybersecurity) during high-impact events.
• Work within a global cross-functional team to provide round-the-clock network support.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce outages and enhance infrastructure reliability.
• Prepare documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to Level 1 engineers and junior team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support (additional allowance provided).
