Your responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP implementation and template roll-out projects, with a focus on fit-to-standard workshops, cutover activities, and stakeholder engagement
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution solutions, covering end-to-end sales processes
• Manage hands-on configuration and process integration across:
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing & Promotions (including Rebates)
• Advanced ATP (aATP)
• Delivery & Invoicing
• Intercompany Processes
• Business Partner & Material Master Data
• Collaborate with development teams to support the integration of external applications such as Salesforce or external pricing engines
• Act as a client-facing consultant, managing communication with stakeholders ranging from end users to senior country management
• Ensure effective documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer within project teams
• Support change management and user training activities as needed

Our requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SAP implementation experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP HANA (S/4HANA) experience
• Proven experience in template roll-outs and fit-to-standard workshops
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes in the consumer goods industry
• Solid configuration experience in key SAP SD and related modules
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local CEE languages or other European languages is a plus
• Experience working in client-facing roles with multiple stakeholder levels
• Experience in integrations with front-end sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) and external pricing engines
