  • At least 3 years of experience in portfolio reporting, data analysis, or PMO functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships across business areas.
  • High motivation and drive to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills for managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Advanced report writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working with structured data, Excel, and reporting tools to generate dashboards, analytics, and insights.
  • Familiarity with Change management practices, especially Agile methodologies.

  • Certifications or knowledge related to Portfolio, Program, or Project Management.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive reporting excellence to enable timely decision-making and escalation to department's change committees.
  • Produce professional, business executive-caliber reports for the change portfolio, supporting senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Collaborate with Value Streams and Portfolios to maintain accuracy and integrity of the delivery plan.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio prioritization, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Engage with global and market leaders to deliver on reporting needs and resolve challenges.
  • Continuously improve MI automation, streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, analytics, and insights derived from large data sets.
  • Contribute to alignment on change practices, including Agile methodologies.
