Power BI Developer with German

Our requirements

• Solid professional experience as a BI Developer, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Fluent German (C1) and good command of English.
• Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Very good knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling.
• Experience working with SAP data and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Ability to understand business KPIs, financial data and financial dashboards.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality.
• Experience working with Databricks or Azure data environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, automation and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business reporting requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders from Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Create and optimize DAX measures, calculations and semantic data models.
• Translate business needs into reporting solutions and ensure KPI consistency across the organization.
• Understand business KPIs, financial reporting requirements and financial data to deliver meaningful dashboards and analytical insights.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to validate data and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Improve reports and dashboards based on business feedback and changing requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, KPIs and data models.
• Ensure the quality, usability and performance of Power BI reporting solutions.
