- Solid professional experience as a BI Developer, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Fluent German (C1) and good command of English.
- Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
- Very good knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling.
- Experience working with SAP data and reporting solutions.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Ability to understand business KPIs.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality.
- Experience working with Databricks or Azure data environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, automation and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business reporting requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Logistic and Operations.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Create and optimize DAX measures, calculations and semantic data models.
- Translate business needs into reporting solutions and ensure KPI consistency across the organization.
- Understand business KPIs to deliver meaningful dashboards and analytical insights.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to validate data and ensure high-quality reporting.
- Improve reports and dashboards based on business feedback and changing requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, KPIs and data models.
- Ensure the quality, usability and performance of Power BI reporting solutions.
