- 2–3 years of infrastructure or technical support experience
- Good knowledge of Power BI and SQL
- Basic knowledge of SSRS
- Experience with customer-facing technical support
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and email-writing skills
- Ability to manage complex issues and customer escalations
- Good command of English
Your responsibilities
