Power Platform / D365 Architect

Our requirements

• Min. 7 years of experience in architecture roles (Power Platform / D365 / Azure).
• Expertise in sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and D365 solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services, cloud architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and API-driven solutions.
• Experience delivering CRM transformation programs within the banking or financial services sector.
• Experience designing front-office and omnichannel customer platforms.
• Previous involvement in core banking transformation initiatives, including legacy system modernization (not only greenfield CRM implementations).
• Ability to run discovery workshops and translate business needs into solution designs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
• German language skills – min. B2.

Optional

• § Experience with AI/ML use cases in sales, such as lead scoring.

Your responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end solution architectures across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Define and maintain enterprise data models, architecture principles, and technical standards.
• Design Dataverse security models, governance frameworks, and compliance controls.
• Lead integration architecture between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in strategic technology decisions, roadmap planning, and platform governance initiatives.
• Review solution designs and provide recommendations on best practices, risk mitigation, and optimization opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft platform capabilities and promote architecture excellence across projects.
• § Support Sales Team in shaping an appropriate service offering.
