Your responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and maintain Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, PowerApps, Dataverse)
- Own the developed solutions and ensure long-term stability, continuous improvement, and compliance
- Manage system access, reporting dashboards, KPIs, targets, and surveys
- Ensure seamless integration between MSM and source systems for sustainability data collection and reporting
- Translate diverse business requirements into scalable and efficient system functionality
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct testing for optimal system performance
- Collaborate with business and compliance teams to adapt systems to evolving sustainability regulations (CSRD, ESG)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring systems align with strategic sustainability objectives
