Our requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365, including user management, licenses, permissions, security, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell or another scripting/programming language used for automation and administration.
  • Experience designing and supporting Power Apps applications and business solutions.
  • Fluent English (min.C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Power Automate and broader Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and governance.
  • Experience with OneDrive administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 licensing and reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance (Purview preferred).
  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
  • Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio.
  • Microsoft Graph API.
  • Azure/Entra ID administration.
  • Viva Suite knowledge.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, security groups, tenant configuration, compliance controls, and security best practices.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, including team and site provisioning, permissions management, governance, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative processes, improve operational efficiency, and support platform monitoring and reporting.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes and deliver scalable digital solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments to ensure a reliable and seamless end-user experience.
  • Lead enterprise-wide collaboration initiatives, establish platform standards, and provide technical leadership for collaboration and productivity technologies.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to end users while driving adoption and continuous improvement of collaboration
  • Manage software licensing governance, utilization reporting, cost optimization, and compliance across collaboration and productivity platforms.
  • Develop and maintain governance standards for collaboration platforms, including external sharing, retention policies, lifecycle management, and compliance controls.
  • Create and maintain operational dashboards and reporting for platform adoption, service health, license utilization, compliance posture, and business outcomes.
