Our requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, diagnostics, testing systems, industrial IT, automation, or automotive engineering.
- General programming skills (e.g. Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in vehicle electronics, software, diagnostics, and modern technologies.
- Availability for occasional international business travel.
- Fluent Polish and English.
Optional
- Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, UDS, or DoIP communication protocols.
- Experience with vehicle diagnostics, flashing, commissioning, or automated testing solutions.
- German language skills.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and optimize flashing, commissioning, and testing sequences for Mercedes-Benz Vans.
- Implement and support Mercedes-Benz E/E diagnostic standards and production testing processes.
- Create automated diagnostic and testing solutions.
- Analyze and resolve software, communication, and testing-related issues during vehicle production.
- Work closely with Production, Development, Quality, and IT teams to introduce new technologies into series production.
- Drive continuous improvement of vehicle diagnostics, flashing, and testing processes.
- Preparing and presenting status of planning activities to various stakeholders.
