- Experience turning vague business requests into tested, measured flows
- Fluent in BDD / ATDD and e2e automation; comfortable reading and writing code
- Analytical: you define the event model and read the numbers yourself
- AI-native in your craft — analysis, specification drafting, test generation and data reading run through AI by default, with the judgment to measure their effect
- Facilitation between business and engineering without dogma; strong written communication
- Polish and English at working level
Optional
- Logistics or e-commerce domain; experience with internal-customer portals or service desks; familiarity with DORA / SPACE reporting.
Your responsibilities
- Own the process from request to measured effect: filter the inflow of business needs, turn them into intentions with a KPI before they reach the backlog
- Requirements → scenarios and specifications (BDD / ATDD); strict Definition of Ready is your product
- E2E tests and automation (Playwright / Cypress) for the core flows
- Product instrumentation — event model, funnels, KPI read-outs after every release
- Product discovery with users and internal customers; the internal-customer portal as your front door
- Product meetings between business and dev; priorities agreed on evidence
