About the project

We are recruiting for our major UK-based client in the EdTech sector. You'll join a cross-functional Product Team working on a dynamic learning platform used by teachers and students. The platform enables educators to create engaging learning experiences, monitor student progress, and deliver high-quality educational content for learners of different age groups, with a particular focus on younger audiences.
As a Product Designer, you'll own product initiatives from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, BI Analysts, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders. You'll help shape product decisions by combining user insights, business goals, market analysis, and data-driven thinking to create meaningful experiences.
We work with a mature and well-established Design System, allowing you to focus primarily on solving user problems rather than building UI components from scratch. While this role is strongly UX-oriented, we're looking for someone who is also comfortable designing polished, production-ready interfaces.
As you will be working closely with a UK-based team, this role requires flexibility for some meetings in the afternoon to align with their business hours.

What we offer

  • Remote-First Flexibility: Work from where you feel most productive. We offer a remote-first environment with the freedom to set your own schedule in coordination with your team. Whether you need a midday break or a specific routine, we trust you to manage your time and deliver results while maintaining your personal well-being.
  • Reimbursed private medical care (Medicover) and Multisport: We care about the health and well-being of our colleagues. Choose a sports card and dedicated medical care for yourself and your relatives.
  • Leader’s support: Work with true enthusiasts and professionals who will support you along the way. You can count on leaders and experts who are willing to share their knowledge so that you too can join their ranks someday.
  • Technology focus: Python and JavaScript are not our only strengths, we are also very good at React Native, IoT, Machine Learning, .Net, DevOps and Blockchain.
  • Growth review: Junior, Regular or Senior? Every year we have a chance to discuss acquired skills and prepare a development plan for upcoming months.
  • Events: Attend exciting internal webinars, celebrate special days with us, and join us at conferences and meetups as a listener or speaker!
  • Workation: Team trips where you have a chance as a team not only to work together, but also integrate f2f.
