  • Proven experience in Product Management or a related role within the software industry, preferably working with desktop applications or technical enterprise software.
  • Good understanding of software development processes and product delivery practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the translation of customer needs, business objectives, and market insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in Polish and English).
  • Proven track record driving product innovation, delivering results, prioritizing initiatives, and balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • GIS and asset management education or professional background will be a big advantage.
  • Jira and confluence experience is nice to have.
  • Ability to work from office in Kraków 2x/week (60 Podole Street).

    • Your responsibilities

    Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, taking into account customer needs, market developments, and business goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and present the product roadmap, balancing customer feedback, stakeholder input, sales insights, and technical opportunities.
  • Lead the modernization and continuous improvement of the desktop platform, prioritizing features and enhancements that address customer needs, industry requirements, and long-term product objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leader as well as Engineering, Quality Assurance and Infrastructure teams to define product requirements, specifications, and technical architecture.
  • Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Partner with other Product Managers/Owners to facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure product goals are understood and delivered effectively.
    • Market and Customer Analysis:
  • Gather customer feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and product optimization.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams on product positioning, release communication, and go-to-market activities.
  • Participate in product discovery activities, usability testing, and shadowing sessions to ensure product development is aligned with user goals.

    You will work closely with experienced Product Managers/Owners, global stakeholders, the Technical Lead, and development and quality assurance teams to define priorities and deliver product improvements in a timely manner.
