- 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
- Experience with digital products (web/mobile applications) and UX/UI principles
- Proficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clients
- Higher education in technical, business, or related field
