Our requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in product management or as a Product Owner, with a focus on technical or data-driven initiatives in a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing APIs, database structures, and data pipelines — you can translate technical constraints into product decisions and work as a true partner to engineering teams.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You define success metrics upfront, make decisions based on evidence, and iterate on results. Familiarity with analytics tools and a solid grasp of how data flows through a product are a must.
  • Agile Practice: Solid hands-on experience with agile methodologies — you've lived Scrum or Kanban, not just read about them.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams, handle competing priorities, and present clearly at all levels.
  • Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong analytical thinking combined with sound business judgement — you can zoom out to the strategic picture and zoom in to the detail when it matters.
  • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English is required. German is a plus.

Optional

  • Experience with SEO — either owning SEO product initiatives or working closely with SEO specialists.
  • Familiarity with personalisation systems, data pipelines, or user segmentation.
  • Experience in the travel industry or a similarly competitive, customer-centric sector.

Your responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans for SEO and Personalisation initiatives — communicating direction to the team and ensuring every initiative ties back to measurable business value.
  • Discovery & Insight: Conduct continuous product and data discovery, using user behaviour, analytics, competitors analysis and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for better personalisation and organic growth.
  • Backlog Management: Own, prioritise, and manage the product backlog for SEO and Personalisation initiatives aligning it with business objectives, feature efficiency, and high-impact development.
  • Value Generation & Validation: Drive rapid feedback loops by defining and shipping MVPs, running A/B tests, and validating that new features deliver real impact before scaling.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track relevant KPIs across SEO performance, data collection, and personalisation effectiveness. Analyse trends, identify gaps, and use insights to proactively shape the roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across engineering, data, marketing, and leadership — capturing requirements, managing competing priorities, and integrating feedback into a shared product roadmap.

About the project

We are looking for a technically-minded Product Owner to join the Invia product team. You will own and drive two strategic pillars: SEO initiatives that grow our organic reach, and Personalisation initiatives that help us understand our customers better — enabling more relevant experiences across both our product and marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with engineering, data, marketing, and design teams, balancing stakeholder needs with a clear, data-driven product vision. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment and know how to move from idea to MVP quickly and confidently.
If the above sounds like an interesting opportunity we would be more than happy to hear from you!
Please send your resume in English.
