Your responsibilities
- Providing full scope of day-to-day Production Support services, including resolving live incidents and managing post-resolution problems
- Offering technical expertise to identify root causes of major system issues
- Implementing locally developed solutions using Bash and SQL
- Supporting various testing activities related to new implementations
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders located worldwide
- Reviewing, designing, and re-engineering processes with new technologies to enhance performance
- Participating in weekend change releases, application code deployments, and technical component patches and upgrades
- Contributing to data validation, development, implementation, and testing activities
- Actively contributing to team objectives by supporting and occasionally leading activities to achieve shared goals
