Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting trading systems, including manual trading, algorithmic trading platforms, or risk systems
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Command Prompt, or Python
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership in resolving issues
- Effective communication skills to work with technical teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of large language models (LLM) concepts and hosting environments
- Familiarity with monitoring metrics, system data analysis, and incident management

- Understanding of financial markets including Equities, Futures, Commodities, or Foreign Exchange

Your responsibilities
- Provide user support for investigation and resolution of issues affecting front office trading flows and LLM-based systems
- Monitor and maintain trading infrastructure to guarantee system availability and performance
- Support trading platforms across Windows and Linux environments, ensuring all components are operational before trading begins
- Coordinate with engineering and business teams to resolve incidents swiftly, minimizing disruptions
- Support release management and deployment processes to sustain a stable production environment
- Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring smooth operation of critical systems
- Develop tools to enhance monitoring, dashboards, and alerting solutions for better operational visibility
- Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address issues
- Participate in on-call support, including evening and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous system reliability
