Project Delivery Manager (f/m)

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, technical project coordination or customer-facing project roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello or similar.

Optional

• PMP / PRINCE2 or other project management certification.
• Experience in HVAC, thermal management, cooling solutions or data center infrastructure.
• Experience in customer project delivery and vendor coordination.

Your responsibilities

• Lead customer-driven projects from order intake through production and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and key milestones.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Own project communication and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and delays.
• Facilitate technical discussions and support problem-solving activities.
• Track project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, change requests and project records.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support long-term partnerships.
