Project Manager / PMA – Workforce Redesign

Our requirements

• Experience in project management, organizational design, HR, business improvement, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and driving discussions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.

Optional

• Experience in AI, automation, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Consulting or change management background.
• Knowledge of job architecture, competency frameworks, or operating model design.
• Experience working across people, processes, and technology.

Your responsibilities

• Lead workforce redesign and process improvement projects from idea to implementation.
• Analyze organizational structures, operating models, and ways of working.
• Map processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations and redesign solutions based on business needs and insights.
• Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and materials for decision-makers.
• Track project progress, key decisions, and implementation outcomes.
