- 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects,
- 3 years of experience in people management (including performance reviews, development plans, recruitment, etc.),
- Good understanding of principles and processes related to software development,
- Good knowledge of English and at least basic knowledge of German (if you have had a long break from using it and don’t feel confident, you will refresh it during an intensive course).

Your role
As a Project Manager you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects for international clients, working in a multicultural environment with English and German as key communication languages. You will be responsible for project governance, scope, budget, and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional teams across agile and hybrid delivery models.
