Project Manager (Infrastructure Recovery)

Our requirements

• The ideal candidate is a Project Manager with solid understanding of technology and infrastructure recovery processes and experience in defining, developing and executing complex testing of technology recovery plans.
• 3+ years of experience working within business continuity and resilience, including development and testing frameworks and documentation,
• Good communication skills and ability to develop material, such as processes, procedures, policies or frameworks,
• Must have worked with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Operational Resilience before in the FSI sector.
• Project Manager should be able to manage multiple stakeholders within technology teams and ensure alignment of plans and deliveries between different projects.
• Proactive attitude and approach to effectively contribute and deliver the required activities to ensure expected Business Deliverables are achieved within project deadlines.
• Strong teamworking skills, and accountable for executing assigned tasks in their day to day work.

Your responsibilities

• Facilitating daily check-ins in the IRP track and recurrent status meetings with key stakeholders in the MVB project, with BCCM and the IRP owner (ITSCM).
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on behalf of the track.
• Aligning programme expectations to ongoing progress in the IRP track, removing obstacles, managing IRP team resources, adjust and mitigate risks and new development, etc.
• IRP track deliverables within the IRP track: scoping, planning, scheduling, preparing and executing both technical and non-technical tests, as well as ensuring the creation and sign-off of test reports with remediating actions.
• Completing handover to IRP Owner when target transfers are approved for ITSCM (Ana Visnjic, Kristian Niebuhr).
• Ensuring completion of two SOPs, one for Device Services and one for Onsite Support, incl. the development and test of the entire solution using USB-devices, clean laptop and Microsoft Auto Pilot Profiles.
• Finishing work instructions for maintenance triggers and controls of the solution.
• Updating IRP to align with the new solution described by the SOPs.
• Driving STM and ensuring handover of ownership of the solution to the IRP owner.
