About the project
Important: This is a project-based B2B engagement for approximately 6 months with an expected commitment of 4 days per week. The role is focused on driving the final implementation, migration, integration, go-live and transition-to-RUN phases of a strategic IT transformation programme.
NATEK is leading a strategic IT transformation programme aimed at replacing its legacy core platform (GAP) with a modern, modular SaaS ecosystem covering:
CRM
ATS
PSA
HRIS
As the programme enters its final and most critical implementation phase, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can bring structure, ownership and delivery focus across multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the final implementation, data migration, system integrations, deployment activities and transition into operational RUN support.

This position is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager with experience delivering complex business systems implementations, managing go-live activities and coordinating multi-vendor environments.
