Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in implementations of NIS2 directive as Project Manager in large organizations
- Proven track record in delivery of implementation projects (not purely advisory/consulting roles)
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. pharma, healthcare, banking, or similar)
- Skilled in managing vendors / external consulting partners
- Ability to translate regulatory or technical topics into business language
- Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate the local NIS2 implementation in Poland within a global program
- Cooperate with an external consulting partner responsible for regulatory and compliance aspects
- Translate regulatory requirements into concrete business and operational actions
- Support business and IT stakeholders in understanding the scope and requirements of NIS2
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and actively manage them
- Ensure delivery in line with scope, timeline, and quality expectations
- Prepare and present status reports to local and global stakeholders
- Coordinate activities across distributed teams and international structures
- Support organizational awareness and readiness for NIS2 requirements
About the project
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support the implementation of NIS2 directive in Poland for one of our clients from the pharmaceutical sector.
This is a delivery-oriented role, focused on coordinating local implementation activities, working closely with an external consulting partner, and supporting the business in translating regulatory requirements into actionable steps. You will act as a key coordination point for all activities in Poland while collaborating with global stakeholders.
