Project Manager & PM Officer

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Scrum Master roles.
• Proven track record of delivering client-facing projects within insurance, telecommunications, banking, mobility, or comparable industries.
• Experience working in digital, technology-driven, and/or retail environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, reporting, portfolio oversight, and delivery methodologies.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective project solutions.
• High level of ownership, accountability, adaptability, and communication effectiveness.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Optional

• Experience within insurance or insurtech.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) and/or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience supporting PMO functions, governance processes, portfolio reporting, audits, or compliance activities.
• Background in software development or technology-enabled environments.
• Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
• Experience working within international and multicultural organizations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of client-facing and internal projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
• Define project scope, deliverables, governance structures, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and support requirements gathering, validation, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, RACI matrices, project plans, status reports, and executive updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalation processes to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive project planning, milestone tracking, critical path management, and performance monitoring using appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, business partners, and vendors across multiple countries and business functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, methodologies, audit requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Support portfolio reporting, risk monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned activities, and project closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic international environment.
