- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional, and global projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Background in marketing-related projects and campaign or asset deployment
- Experience in AI or automation projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and interpret project data
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure)
- Manage project timeline, milestones, scope, and budget to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional, global teams
- Track progress across all workstreams and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks
- Manage scope changes and adapt plans based on internal and external factors
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and governance materials
- Drive and support Change Management activities related to project implementation
