Python / ML Engineer

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Developer or AI Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience working with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of RAG architecture and retrieval-based systems.
• Experience with embeddings and vector databases / semantic search.
• Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Practical experience with infrastructure hosted on Azure Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated software delivery processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Higher education in a technical, computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, or related field.

Optional

• PhD or research experience is a plus.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications.
• Design and implement solutions based on LLMs and related technologies.
• Develop and integrate backend services and APIs.
• Design, optimize, and refactor technical solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and software development best practices.
• Maintain CI/CD processes and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
