Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, particularly with Python.
- Practical knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, LLM agents, agentic workflows, and tool calling.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLM models, RAG, and AI agents in real projects.
- Proficiency with Git, including branch management and commit operations (rebase, cherry-pick, revert, squash).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
Optional
- Knowledge of Azure AI Stack (AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search).
