- at least 2 year of commercial experience with backend development
- strong computer science fundamentals
- sharp attention to detail, and a user-centric focus
- deep understanding and hands-on experience in designing clean, extensible APIs
- experience in asynchronous programming
- familiarity with relational databases and ability to write efficient SQL queries
- experience with writing and maintaining tests
- problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically through complex architectural challenges
