Our requirements

  • Min 2-3 years of commercial experience in Quality Engineering and software testing
  • Practical experience with at least two modern testing frameworks/tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, JMeter, or Rest Assured
  • Hands-on programming experience in Python
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, RESTful architecture, and API testing methodologies, both manual and automated
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL / NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Good understanding of Agile development processes and collaborative engineering practices
  • Experience in performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or Locust
  • Practical knowledge of issue tracking and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • English (B2-C1)

Your responsibilities

  • Contributing to the full software delivery lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement
  • Taking part in release planning activities, including reviewing functional requirements and preparing release schedules
  • Collaborating with development teams to define effective verification and testing strategies
  • Creating and maintaining regression test suites in cooperation with engineering, application, and operational teams
  • Preparing quality and release status reports, clearly communicating findings and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Evaluating software releases in terms of quality, usability, stability, and functional correctness
  • Establishing and improving QA processes and standards aligned with broader organizational quality objectives
  • Managing or contributing to large-scale projects involving cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Staying up to date with QA best practices and modern approaches related to interactive and scalable technologies
  • Designing and implementing test automation strategies from the early stages of product development
  • Leading or actively contributing to automation initiatives, including framework design and code review processes
  • Working closely with leadership and IT teams on the implementation and evolution of automation frameworks and quality tooling
  • Collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, QA, IT, and Product Operations teams to optimize delivery processes and improve release quality at scale
  • Working effectively within distributed international engineering teams, providing technical guidance, support, and clear prioritization
