Our requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in software testing, QA engineering, software development, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java.
- Experience with UI test automation tools (like Selenium, WebdriverIO, etc), Page Object Model (POM).
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions and test management tools such as Xray.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and hands-on approach to investigating technical issues.
- A strong technical mindset with an understanding of software logic, data structures, and complex applications.
- Interest in AI-powered development tools, with experience using or willingness to learn coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to improving quality and testing processes.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites, regression tests, and automation frameworks for internal applications.
- Support continuous delivery by collaborating with engineering teams on effective testing strategies and reliable test environments.
- Perform exploratory and manual testing to identify edge cases and issues that automated tests may miss.
- Use AI coding agents to automate repetitive test scenarios and improve testing efficiency.
- Investigate and document bugs in JIRA and Xray, going beyond symptoms to identify potential root causes.
- Work closely with developers and internal users throughout the development lifecycle, providing early feedback and helping ensure new features meet quality standards.
