Our requirements
- Several years of experience in IT management, infrastructure, applications or IT operations.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user support and business systems.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing IT projects and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, support and further develop the regional IT Hub team.
- Ensure the efficient, reliable and consistent delivery of IT services across assigned European locations.
- Drive the implementation of global IT standards, processes and best practices.
- Coordinate regional IT projects and local technology initiatives.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, system performance and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage cooperation with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection requirements and IT security standards.
