Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA projects
- Strong proficiency with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)
- Experience in:
- Building attended and unattended bots
- System integrations using APIs, web services, and databases
- Solid understanding of business process analysis
- Experience in working with project documentation (PDD, SDD)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills for working with business teams and clients
- English language: minimum B2 level (spoken and written)
Optional
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with AI-driven automation / Microsoft Copilot
- Exposure to pre-sales activities: client workshops, solution design presentations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, iScala, Comarch, Symfonia, IFS)
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA solutions to automate business processes
- Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions
- Analyze processes for automation opportunities, ROI assessment, and feasibility
- Work closely with clients and internal teams during requirement discovery sessions and workshops
- Prepare technical and functional documentation (PDD, SDD, user guides)
- Participate in testing phases: integration and UAT
- Provide pre-sales support through concept creation and initial consultations with clients
