Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism
- Experience working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting or conducting UAT activities
- Understanding of the full automation lifecycle, from design and implementation to production support and maintenance
- Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with release management processes in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting and monitoring the performance of automation solutions
- Very good command of English and Polish, enabling effective communication in an international environment
- Residence in Poland
Your responsibilities
- Designing and developing business process automations using Blue Prism
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Managing and progressing work items through Azure DevOps while supporting the delivery lifecycle of RPA solutions
- Creating and maintaining Power BI reports to monitor robot performance, execution volumes, and automation effectiveness
- Deploying and supporting automation solutions in production, ensuring their stability and successful operation
- Investigating and resolving incidents while adapting automations to changes in source systems
