- At least 3 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience in incident management and operational support
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver)
- Basic understanding of identity data flows, provisioning, and access requests
- Experience with testing and validation of system workflows
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English
Optional
- Certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFE, GCDA, CISSP, CISM
- Experience with automation (Python, Terraform, CI/CD)
- Background in SOC leadership or cyber program development
Your responsibilities
- Manage and resolve IAM-related incidents within SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Monitor and handle request queues, ensuring timely processing and SLA compliance
- Support identity data preprocessing and integration into SailPoint (identity aggregation)
- Execute and validate access request workflows and provisioning processes
- Perform testing of IAM workloads, workflows, and system changes
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues related to IdentityIQ workflows and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper issue resolution and process alignment
- Maintain basic monitoring of the IdentityIQ environment and supporting infrastructure
- Contribute to process improvements to reduce incident volume and increase efficiency
About the project
