Our requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce technology
- Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud is prerequisite, other preferable products: CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Communities
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration, including user and access management, sharing model, automation (Flows), UI customization, and reporting
- Knowledge Data Loader for insert, update and bulk import or export of data
- Experience in deployment and using deployment tools (nice to have)
- Very good command of English with strong communication skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is an additional advantage
Your responsibilities
- Be part of team delivering the most complex, the biggest and innovative applications based on top cloud solutions
- Providing first-line IT support to users
- Manage Salesforce users and security, including user creation, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls
- Configuring the system using declarative tools and delivering business-requested enhancements and requirements
- Support testing and release activities, including user acceptance testing
- Providing analytical support to IT and business teams
- Creating and maintaining documentation for implemented solutions
